## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering
 * Minimum of 8 years of automotive experience in a systems environment
 * Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
 * Ability to interpret high level functional needs and define the functional allocation for the various systems
 * Understanding of the need for configuration management
 * Good project management skills
 * Flexibility - must be able to adapt to changing environment with minimal effect on productivity
 * Strong Automotive Systems Background
 * Strong Background in Engineering Product Development
 * Knowledge of ISO 26262, * Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent
 * Experience with Systems Engineering
 * Experience with system network topology diagrams
 * Strong understanding of automotive electronics and electrical system
 * Knowledge of working understanding of systems modeling
