 * Demonstrated success integrating AI into the software development lifecycle (e.g., AI-assisted coding, automated testing, intelligent monitoring, generative design tools).
 * Technicalexpertisein cloud-native architectures, distributed systems,embeddedfirmware, system-levelAPIs, and large-scale data solutions.
 * Proficiencyin modern programming languages (.NET, Java, Python) and DevOps/CI/CD automation.
 * Strengthsin strategic thinking, talent development, and inspiring high performance.
 * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to alignboth internal and externalstakeholders and influence outcomes.
