## About the Role

8-20 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Applied AI, and Production AI Systems

Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure AI Foundry (Must-Have)

Expertise in Machine Learning Engineering, Production ML Deployment, and end-to-end AI solution development

Experience building LLM-powered RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI systems

Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development

Hands-on experience with FastAPI, MLflow, model serving frameworks, and API development

Experience with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and semantic search architectures

Strong knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks

Experience implementing CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-based AI deployments

Expertise in predictive machine learning, AI model evaluation, and agentic evaluation frameworks

Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and AI lifecycle management (Preferred)

Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (Preferred)

Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, KPIs, and enterprise AI architectures

Experience optimizing AI systems for latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency

Strong mentoring, leadership, architecture design, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
