## About the Role

* 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
 * Demonstrated experience redesigning complex dashboards, data visualization interfaces, monitoring tools, or enterprise applications.
 * Strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch, including wireframing and prototyping.

## Description

* Evaluate existing user interfaces and identify usability gaps in complex, data-rich dashboards and operational applications.
 * Lead the redesign of dashboard layouts, information architecture, navigation, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy.
 * Translate complex infrastructure data into intuitive, actionable visualizations that support efficient decision-making.
 * Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar tools.
 * Design for learnability, reducing cognitive load and helping new users navigate complex systems with minimal training.
 * Collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and ensure designs can be implemented effectively.
 * Conduct usability testing and design reviews with technical and operational users.
