 * 7+ years of expert - level/lead technical experience
 * 7+ years of proven experience as a technical manager, leading technical staff through business-critical operations.
 * 7+ years of experience leading enterprise level multi-tenant cloud infrastructure environments.
 * Demonstrated experience working on high-complexity projects requiring deep knowledge across multiple technical domains.
 * Proven experience mentoring technical supervisors and support engineers.
 * Experience Developing and presenting cost-benefit analysis to support technology roadmaps and strategic decisions.
 * Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and drive initiatives to meet overall department objectives.
 * Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
 * Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred KSA's:
