## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing or Quality Assurance.
 * Experience creating and executing test cases based on business and technical requirements.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
 * Familiarity with SQL and data validation testing.
 * Experience supporting enterprise applications, data integration initiatives, or payment processing systems is a BIG PLUS
 * Strong defect tracking, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to support enterprise application testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing and executing test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with business and technical teams, and experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
Key Responsibilities

 * Analyze business and technical requirements and collaborate with SMEs to understand application functionality.
 * Design, document, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios.
 * Execute functional, integration, and regression testing activities and validate test results.
 * Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
 * Utilize Azure DevOps for test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
 * Support multiple concurrent projects and testing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
 * Work closely with project teams to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met.
 * Participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality assurance activities.
