## About the Role

* 8-10+ years of SMT programming experience
 * Must come directly from an electronics manufacturing or PCB manufacturing environment (no exceptions)
 * Strong SMT and PCB assembly experience
 * Experience with Fuji SMT equipment and programming software
 * Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documentation, assembly drawings, BOMs, and CAD data
 * Strong understanding of SMT manufacturing processes and industry standards

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SMT Programming Engineer to support a growing electronics manufacturing operation. This position will be responsible for SMT programming, process optimization, and production support for complex PCB assemblies., * Create, modify, and maintain SMT programs for PCB assembly production

 * Support machine setup, component libraries, and production changeovers
 * Troubleshoot programming and equipment-related issues on the manufacturing floor
 * Improve production efficiency, quality, and throughput
 * Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions
 * Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to support new and existing products
 * Drive continuous process improvements and best practices throughout SMT operations

Preferred

 * Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
 * Knowledge of automated inspection systems and related manufacturing technologies
 * Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI)
