This role is ideal for a strategic, technically fluent product leader who can translate business needs into scalable solutions, drive delivery across complex ecosystems, and partner closely with underwriting, technology, and architecture teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in SAFe® 6.0 or Agile delivery, Azure DevOps, and cross-functional facilitation. Role responsibilities Product Leadership & Strategy * Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for underwriting and rating platform capabilities. * Partner with underwriting leadership to define business needs, refine requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Translate complex underwriting workflows and rating logic into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Backlog & Delivery Management * Lead backlog prioritization using data, business value, and technical considerations. * Work closely with technical development and integration teams to ensure clarity of requirements and timely delivery of features. * Manage PI planning activities within a SAFe environment, ensuring alignment across teams and ARTs. * Monitor delivery progress, remove impediments, and ensure high-quality planning increments. Technical & Architectural Collaboration * Collaborate with solution architects to ensure designs align with enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and scalability standards. * Understand and guide discussions around rating engines, data flows, APIs, and integration points. * Evaluate technical trade-offs and support decision-making across engineering and business stakeholders.
