## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, AI model development, and large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in Python-based ML solutions, model optimization, and enterprise-grade data platforms.
Candidates with prior experience at JPMorgan Chase (Ex-JPMC candidates) are highly preferred.
Required Skills

 * Strong experience in AI/ML and Machine Learning model development
 * Expertise in Python programming
 * Hands-on experience with XGBoost and advanced ML algorithms
 * Experience working with Kafka for real-time data streaming
 * Strong SQL and data analysis skills
 * Working knowledge of Java
 * Experience building scalable ML pipelines and production-ready solutions
 * Strong understanding of data engineering and model deployment, * Prior experience working with financial services or banking clients
 * Ex-JPMC candidates strongly preferred
 * Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps is a plus
 * Familiarity with model monitoring and deployment frameworks
