You will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, managing a team of QA professionals, and leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness., * Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for software projects.

 * Lead a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
 * Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Playwright, Pytest, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
 * Perform manual testing to complement automated testing efforts, ensuring thorough coverage of all test scenarios.
 * Automate API testing and SQL testing to ensure database integrity and application functionality.
 * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
 * Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve automation efficiency and effectiveness.
 * Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
 * Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
 * Champion risk-based testing and continuous process optimization to enhance overall software quality.
 * Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on testing best practices and tools.
