Role Purpose Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Microfrontend architecture - combining hands-on development with technical leadership, architectural decision making, stakeholder management, and team mentoring., * Lead development of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and TypeScript.

 * Design and implement Microfrontend architectures for large, distributed applications.
 * Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices; build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.
 * Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, security, performance, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
 * Support CI/CD implementation and frontend deployment strategies.
 * Lead and mentor frontend engineers; drive sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
