## About the Role

* Work Auth: USC and GC holders only.
 * Experience: ~5 years of dedicated Product Owner experience in SAFe environments (12-wk PIs / 6 sprints).
 * Technical Focus: Cloud migrations, APIs, firewalls, and data transfers.
 * BDD/TDD (Major Plus): Writing user stories/acceptance criteria in Gherkin format (Given/When/Then).
 * Tooling: Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira.
 * Domain: Banking, Financial Services, or Healthcare required. Avoid Retail/Manufacturing.
 * Disqualifiers: No overqualified candidates (10 20+ yrs, former VPs/Directors/Program Managers) or consulting business owners. Needs an execution-minded PO.
 * Interviews: 1 2 virtual rounds via MS Teams.
