## Description

Duration: 6 months Job Description: SailPoint Technical Lead Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design

 * Lead the architecture and design of SailPoint IGA solutions including:
o SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
o SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)

 * Define technical architecture for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance
 * Design scalable and secure SailPoint environments aligned with enterprise IAM strategyImplementation & Technical Leadership
 * Lead end-to-end SailPoint implementations from requirements to production
 * Guide development of:
o Access Request & Approval workflows
o Lifecycle events (Joiner Mover Leaver)
o Provisioning and de provisioning processes
Integration & Connectivity

 * Design and implement integrations with:
o Active Directory / Azure AD
o HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
o ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
o Cloud applications (AWS, Azure, SaaS platforms)

 * Develop and manage SailPoint connectors and custom integrations
 * Ensure secure data exchange and API authenticationGovernance, Risk & Compliance
 * Implement access certifications and entitlement reviews
 * Support compliance initiatives (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, etc.)
 * Ensure audit readiness through reporting, controls, and documentation
 * Define policies for roles, access, and segregation of duties (SoD)

 * Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

 * Implement CI/CD practices for SailPoint development

 * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and audit teams
