## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Citrix Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support Citrix virtual desktop and application environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VDI infrastructure, troubleshooting, and Windows server environments., * 5+ years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering.

 * Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
 * Hands-on experience with Citrix VDA, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers.
 * Knowledge of Citrix PVS or MCS.
 * Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
 * Experience with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
 * Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with Citrix Cloud.
 * Knowledge of Azure or AWS infrastructure.
 * Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
 * Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITIL processes.
 * Citrix environment migration and upgrade experience.

## Description

* Design, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
 * Manage Citrix Virtual Delivery Agents (VDA), Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and Citrix Director.
 * Support Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization.
 * Manage Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
 * Troubleshoot Citrix connectivity, session, performance, and application issues.
 * Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
 * Manage Citrix policies, user profiles, and access permissions.
 * Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
 * Participate in upgrades, migrations, patching, and environment maintenance.
