## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester / QA Analyst to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual testing, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes., * Strong experience in Manual Testing and Software Quality Assurance (QA).

 * Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Software Testing methodologies.
 * Experience in writing, reviewing, and executing test cases and test scenarios.
 * Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Integration Testing.
 * Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
 * Experience working with defect management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
 * Strong knowledge of test plans, test strategies, and test documentation.
 * Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios.
 * Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
 * Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.
 * Experience with API testing using Postman.
 * Knowledge of web-based and client-server applications.
 * Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

Note: Candidates with strong hands-on manual testing experience and excellent attention to detail are preferred.
