## About the Role

This Programmer Analyst position will serve as one of two senior developers for the organization s HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite application. The successful candidate will join a team of four working in Agile development to process a variety of complex backlog items and support daily operations. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and as a team, adapt to change, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and coworkers.

## Description

* Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules.
 * Gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications utilizing Oracle application standards and tools.
 * Performing complex system administration, maintenance, and support for production systems.
 * Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
 * Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing.
 * Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system.
 * Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
 * Assisting with translating formal and informal requirements into database and application solutions.
 * Complying with all system development policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including coding standards and reviews.
 * Fully documenting work performed and providing technology turnover on all work performed to team members.
 * Performing related work as required.
