## About the Role

* Strong hands-on Python engineering, including backend/API development
 * Experience building and deploying production ML and GenAI applications
 * LLMs, RAG, vector search and agentic AI workflows
 * Model and LLM evaluation, monitoring, guardrails and troubleshooting
 * Cloud experience (ideally Azure), Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD

Desirable:

 * FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or MLflow
 * Experience working in insurance, financial services or regulated environments
