* Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer, primarily in backend applications.
 * Strong knowledge of Python and familiarity with various Python libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Django, Fast API.
 * Understanding of code quality, DevSecOps, and automated testing.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
 * Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
 * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

 * Lead the design and implementation of key features and components of our product suite.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
 * Ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and maintainability through linting and automated testing.
 * Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure software deliverables meet high-quality standards.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and other technical issues.
