## Description

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to implement, configure, integrate, or support enterprise platforms and business applications. The work combines process understanding, technical or functional configuration, testing, integration, documentation, and user support. The successful candidate will apply practical expertise in Workday HCM, Core HCM, business processes, tenant configuration, security, testing, and HR operations, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions through the delivery lifecycle., * Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes.

 * Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards.
 * Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies.
 * Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
 * Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
