## About the Role

Automotive Technology, Technical Support, Workforce Management, Technical Support, Automotive Technology, French Language, English Language, Customer Relations, Telephone Skills, Automotive Repair and Maintenance, * High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

 * 1 2 years of automotive repair experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree, OR an Automotive Technical Trade School Certificate or equivalent relevant experience.
 * Fluent in French Canadian and English, including strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
 * Strong automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic knowledge.
 * Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
 * Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications., * 1 3 years of experience with EV, BEV, PHEV, or hybrid vehicle technologies.
 * ASE Certification (or willingness to obtain certification within the first six months).
 * Experience with automotive diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
 * Familiarity with dealership information systems and technical databases.
 * Knowledge of Tier 1 OEM supplier North American vehicle brands and product lines.
 * Previous automotive dealership, service center, or technical call center experience.

 * Provide automotive diagnostic guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
 * Research vehicle repair information using internal databases and technical resources.
 * Follow a structured six-step diagnostic process to identify and resolve technical issues.
 * Manage and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and update ticket statuses.
 * Communicate product concerns and technical findings to Quality, Engineering, and Technical Advisor teams.
 * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely technical support.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to improve diagnostic processes and service quality.
