## Description

This role is based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite. As an IT Program Manager on a contract basis, you'll lead complex program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. You'll work with cross-functional teams and leverage automation to enhance delivery workflows., * Lead multi-team programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 * Translate business strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
 * Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points proactively.
 * Promote automation to improve workflow efficiency and predictability.
 * Provide detailed reporting using real-time data for delivery and operational health.
 * Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
 * Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and drive continuous improvement., * Orchestrate program delivery to meet business goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
 * Facilitate cross-team collaboration to manage dependencies and risks effectively.
 * Implement automation-driven delivery practices to enhance workflow.
