## About the Role

* Role: Workday Solution Architect - SuccessFactors-to-Workday Feasibility Assessment & Roadmap
 * Experience: 12+ years in HRIS/HR Technology, including 5+ years in Workday solution architecture
 * Location: Onsite - Hercules, CA (confirming with the manager whether hybrid is possible)

Must-haves:

 * Multiple full-cycle, global Workday HCM implementations, ideally involving migration from SAP SuccessFactors
 * Strong hands-on SuccessFactors knowledge (Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning)
 * Enterprise integration architecture (Workday integration tools, middleware, REST/SOAP APIs)
 * HR data migration strategy and security/compliance assessment (GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11)
 * Business cases, TCO analysis and presenting recommendations to senior executives

Nice-to-have:

 * Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Payroll or Talent)
 * Life sciences, pharma or other regulated-industry experience
