## About the Role

* Enterprise-wide transformation testing experience * Must have worked on large, complex programs/projects, not candidates whose experience is limited to small projects or BAU testing * Strong end-to-end testing experience across new functionality and impacted existing systems * Test strategy planning and execution * Data validation and system/performance testing experience * Strong defect triage and root-cause analysis * Experience working across multiple development, business, and stakeholder teams * Strong communication and documentation skills * Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte * Basel III or other regulatory transformation experience * Banking/financial services experience * Axiom/AxiomSL experience * Regulatory reporting testing, including Call Report, FR Y-9C, or FR 2052a * Data mapping and reporting experience

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a QA Tester for a top financial services client supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing across complex, highly integrated systems and workstreams. This role will be someone who has successfully tested within major enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and can navigate complexity, coordinate across teams, and effectively communicate testing risks and results.
