## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
 * 3-5 years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
 * Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Server).
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

Certifications

 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
 * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Discovery).

## Description

* Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB, asset, knowledge, service catalog, reporting, etc.).
 * Develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
 * Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to automate processes.
 * Support data conversion tasks: mapping, transformation, imports, and validation.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and production.
 * Ensure developed solutions comply with City security and performance requirements.
 * Provide technical documentation for developed customizations.
