## About the Role

* Strong experience in Java (8 or above) and J2EE technologies.
 * Hands-on expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
 * Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
 * Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
 * Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker).
 * Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and system design.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
 * Experience 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong Java development background.
 * Prior experience in a technical leadership or team lead role is mandatory.

Soft Skills:

 * Strong leadership and team management skills.
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
 * Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience in domain-specific projects (Healthcare/Finance preferred).
 * Certifications in Java, Cloud, or Agile methodologies are an added advantage.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
 * Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern architecture patterns (Microservices, REST APIs).
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define technical solutions.
 * Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
 * Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance optimizations.
 * Drive CI/CD practices, DevOps integration, and automated testing. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
 * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
