* 12+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics with at least 7+ years in Power BI
 * Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX
 * Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
 * Hands-on experience with data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
 * Experience in ETL processes and data integration
 * Strong understanding of banking/financial domain (risk, compliance, reporting, etc.)

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 12+ years of experience to design, develop, and support BI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling, along with experience in the banking/financial domain., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

 * Build and optimize data models, ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracy
 * Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions
 * Optimize report performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
 * Integrate Power BI with enterprise systems such as Azure, SQL Server, and data warehouses
 * Support regulatory and financial reporting requirements within the banking domain
 * Work closely with data engineers and architects to ensure seamless data integration
 * Lead BI initiatives, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices
