## About the Role

* 5 - 10+ years of experience in IAM domain, with a focus on Okta
 * Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
 * Experience integrating Okta with cloud apps (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.)
 * Proficiency in Okta Workflows, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management
 * Familiarity with API integrations and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
 * Knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP / Azure AD
 * Experience with MFA policies and security best practices

Nice to Have:

 * Okta Certified Professional or Architect certification
 * Experience with ID Governance tools (SailPoint, Saviynt)
 * Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures

## Description

* Design, implement, and manage Okta for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation
 * Integrate Okta with internal and third-party applications via SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and API
 * Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
 * Ensure high availability and security of the IAM environment
 * Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM best practices
 * Support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements
 * Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance
