## Description

Seeking an experienced Design System Engineer to help design, build, maintain, and evolve an enterprise scale design system that enables consistent, accessible, and scalable digital experiences across multiple products and platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between UX Design and Engineering by translating design principles into reusable UI components, standards, documentation, and development frameworks., * Build, maintain, and govern a scalable enterprise Design System.

 * Develop reusable UI components, patterns, templates, and front end frameworks.
 * Partner closely with UX designers, researchers, accessibility specialists, and product teams.
 * Translate Figma designs and design tokens into production ready components.
 * Define component architecture, coding standards, and implementation guidelines.
 * Establish governance processes for component contribution, review, and adoption.
 * Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher).
 * Create and maintain design system documentation, usage guidelines, and code examples.
 * Drive consistency across websites, applications, and digital products.
 * Support product teams in adopting and implementing design system standards.
 * Measure usage, adoption, and effectiveness of design system assets.
