## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in IT governance, project delivery, and Agile software delivery.
 * Expert knowledge of PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile methodologies.
 * Proven expertise in Generative AI, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
 * You possess deep experience designing operating models, governance processes, roles, and controls.
 * You bring a strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and DevOps ways of working.
 * You have practical experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) and ServiceNow.
 * You possess experience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, or LLM governance.
 * You're skilled in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication across management and technical teams.
 * You are fluent in English with professional working proficiency in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

 * Knowledge of Architecture Decision Records, APIs, and integration architecture.
 * Experience with LLM observability tools.

## Description

* Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery.
 * Identify activities for AI agents versus human responsibilities, including human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, and escalation.
 * Integrate the operating model into established governance frameworks, roles, and release planning.
 * Design a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow covering architecture, development, security reviews, and testing.
 * Translate the target model into requirements for the existing toolchain to ensure end-to-end traceability.
 * Support pilot use cases and formulate recommendations for further industrialization and scaling.
