## About the Role

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, consulting or transformation.
 * A strong understanding of Finance and Finance processes.
 * Experience in areas such as Finance transformation, FP&A, GBS, ERP, process improvement, data & analytics, automation or AI.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Curiosity about technology and the future of Finance.
 * Professional fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.

## Description

As a Senior Consultant in our Finance Transformation team, you'll work with CFOs and Finance leaders on transformation programs combining Finance, operating model, data and technology.

You won't just advise on the future of Finance. You'll help build it.

Your Key Responsibilities

Projects can include:

Finance strategy & operating model - defining the Finance ambition, target operating model and transformation roadmap.

AI & intelligent Finance - exploring and implementing AI, GenAI, agents and automation across Finance.

Global Business Services - designing GBS and shared-service models and optimizing where and how Finance work gets done.

Finance process transformation - redesigning processes across R2R, P2P, O2C and other Finance areas.

FP&A & performance management - improving planning, forecasting, reporting and business insights.

Technology-enabled transformation - supporting Finance transformations enabled by SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, ServiceNow, HighRadius and other platforms.

What you'll do

You'll take ownership from the start and work as part of multidisciplinary EY and client teams to:

 * Solve complex Finance challenges and turn them into practical solutions.
 * Design processes, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
 * Facilitate workshops and support senior client decision-making.
 * Help translate Finance needs into technology, data and AI solutions.

Support clients from strategy and design through implementation and change.
