Operate in a high-performance, intellectually rigorous environment with strong investment in technology, Lead the management and enhancement of the Workday platform (Core HCM, Benefits, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Performance)
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify system improvements and streamline workflows
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology and processes
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across the system
Support reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency across the People function
