## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & Integration Developer to support the Tech Hub's CMDB implementation and associated data ingestion pipelines. This role focuses on hands-on platform development, CI class configuration, integration build-out, and ensuring high-quality CMDB data through structured transformation logic and governance-aligned workflows.

You will work closely with architects and process consultants to translate design requirements into deployable technical solutions, supporting both quick-win delivery and long-term CMDB stability., * Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, scripted APIs.

 * Build and maintain ingestion flows from Flexera (asset/license data) and NetBox (infrastructure, network, OT assets).
 * Troubleshoot integration issues, data mismatches, transformation errors, and ingestion failures.

Platform Security & Access Controls

 * Configure ACLs, roles, groups, and domain separation considerations.
 * Support setup of rights structures aligned with governance and compliance requirements.

Delivery, Testing & Stabilization

 * Develop and test components required for quick-win CMDB delivery.
 * Support defect resolution, deployment cycles, and post-go-live stabilization.
 * Assist with performance tuning and operational handover.

Documentation & Collaboration

 * Document technical designs, integration logic, error handling, and support procedures.
 * Work closely with architects and process consultants to ensure alignment with standards and governance.
