## Description

As a Senior Mendix Consultant, you combine the role of consultant with that of an application developer. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary project or DevOps team with end-to-end responsibility for your applications and delivery.

You facilitate workshops to uncover client needs and translate them into high-impact IT solutions - from mobile apps to workflow systems and data-driven platforms. Throughout the process, you apply your platform knowledge and technical expertise to ensure quality and scalability.

You'll increasingly help design solutions that leverage AI, integrations and smart automation to streamline business processes and unlock new value. You also support pre-sales efforts and coach junior consultants on their path to becoming experts.

You take ownership of complex challenges, contribute to design decisions, and help shape long-term platform architecture. As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to develop towards lead, expert or principal roles - depending on your interests - whether that's technical depth, mentorship or shaping strategic client engagements.

Among your responsibilities will be the following:

 * Designing, developing and testing innovative Mendix solutions in an agile way.
 * Coordinating with clients and end-users on specifications, design and final product.
 * Taking a leading role in workshops, proof-of-concepts, innovative development projects or DevOps teams.
 * Training and coaching of business consultants and junior developers in working with and applying the Mendix Platform.
