## Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering across the design and delivery of modern cloud-native full-stack applications. The role involves defining technical direction, driving Front End and full-stack engineering best practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. The engineer will also be expected to have hands-on experience with Camunda for workflow/process orchestration., Lead architecture, design, and delivery of full-stack, cloud-native applications.
Develop and oversee Back End services using Java and Spring Boot.
Design microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
Deliver solutions on AWS, with strong hands-on involvement in Front End development using React and implementation of Front End engineering best practices.
Design, develop, and integrate workflows/process automation using Camunda.
Build and operate containerized applications using Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Drive engineering standards across Front End and Back End development, software design, testing, CI/CD, security, observability, and resilience.
Remain hands-on across full-stack development, Camunda, troubleshooting, and solution design.
Mentor engineers and influence key technical and architectural decisions.
Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve developer productivity.
