* Proven experience leading testing or QA in an agile software environment
 * Strong hands on automation experience with modern frameworks
 * Experience with API testing, CI/CD and cloud platforms
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management
 * Healthcare, NHS or regulated sector experience desirable
 * Must reside in the UK

## Description

* Define and lead an organisation wide test automation strategy
 * Build scalable, reusable frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Jest and pytest
 * Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
 * Coach and mentor testers and engineers on quality practice
 * Report on defects, risk and release readiness to senior stakeholders
