* Degree in a quantitative or related discipline.
 * Strong SQL, Excel and Power BI skills, including DAX.
 * Experience with data modelling, reporting and data quality.
 * Working knowledge of Python and R.
 * Ability to analyse complex data and communicate insights clearly.
