## About the Role

Applicants for the SAP FICO Lead role will have:
strong knowledge and expertise in SAP FICO functionality and processes (including configuration and support)
experience with at least one of the following: Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), SAP DRC, Banking Interfaces, TAX/VAT
ideally exposure to S/4HANA, or a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt
excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, on a global scale

## Description

The SAP FICO Lead will join a global SAP team, and be responsible for:
identifying and driving process improvement in SAP and S/4HANA functions
business analysis, defining requirements, and translating business needs into scalable solutions within SAP
systems configuration & support, troubleshooting, change implementation, testing & deployment , as well as continuous improvement
keeping up to date with emerging technologies and functionality
collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, in particular with finance teams globally
