## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Power BI Developer to join a growing analytics function that is investing heavily in data, reporting, and customer insight. You will have the chance to take ownership of business-critical reporting, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help shape how data is used across a large, customer-focused organisation., The BI Developer will:

 * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
 * Develop and optimise semantic models in Power BI
 * Write DAX measures and calculations to support business reporting
 * Gather requirements and translating stakeholder needs into reporting solutions
 * Work closely with marketing, CRM, digital product, and commercial teams
 * Support ad hoc reporting and insight requests
 * Ensure reporting quality, consistency, and governance standards
 * Deliver user training and promoting best practice across reporting and analytics
 * Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data utilisation
