## About the Role

* Proven experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jira and Confluence
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of Salesforce applications and updates.
 * Implement and manage version control systems, branching strategies, and release management processes for Salesforce projects.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and deployment processes (mandatory)
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 * Lead the design, implementation, and management of Salesforce DevOps pipelines and automation tools.
 * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
 * Implement and manage version control systems, branching strategies, and release management processes for Salesforce projects.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Salesforce DevOps practices.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce DevOps.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and deployment processes.
 * Experience with Salesforce development tools and platforms, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
 * Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
