## About the Role

* 3+ years' SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
 * Good hands-on SuccessFactors knowledge
 * Experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects
 * Ideally Employee Central experience
 * Integration experience, ideally CPI, REST or OData
 * SAP HCM / H4S4 knowledge is a plus
 * Strong communication skills and English
 * Comfortable working with HR and international teams

You'll join an international HR IT team, working on a modern SAP SuccessFactors + H4S4 landscape.

 * Develop Learning, Performance & Goals and Recruiting
 * Support upcoming Employee Central & Talent projects
 * Work on future EC Time Management & EC Payroll projects
 * Build integrations using CPI, REST & OData
 * Work closely with HR, Key Users and IT
 * Support SuccessFactors projects, workshops and 2nd-level support
