## About the Role

* A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a comparable field; alternatively, as a career changer, you have relevant professional experience
 * At least two years of professional experience in software development
 * Strong proficiency in C++ and Python, as well as experience working with SQL databases
 * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity
 * Experience with Yocto, the Linux kernel, and virtual machines (VMs)
 * Strong communication skills and a keen analytical and conceptual mindset
 * Strong written and spoken German and English skills, each at least at the C1 level
 * Work permit in the European Union

Desirable:

 * Experience with agile software development methods
 * Experience using AI-powered tools for software development and verification
 * Experience with development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Xrav

## Description

* Active participation in a software development team working on our innovative smart security products
 * Supporting the further development of software architecture concepts for electronic security systems
 * Coordination and definition of product requirements in collaboration with the responsible "Product Owner" and business departments
 * Specification, documentation, implementation, and verification of software applications
 * Maintenance and continuous further development of software components
 * Technical support for internal and external development projects
