## Description

* Entering devices into the system
 * Audit device list for accuracy
 * QA device setups
 * Ensure IT Requests are moving and the device pickup pile is accurate
 * Monitor Shipping for devices
 * Ensuring Backlog of devices are accurate
 * User Setup
 * Separations
 * Monitor the ticketing system for stale tickets
 * System documentation of maintenance and upgrades.
 * Communicate with users as required: keep them informed of incident progress.
 * Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
 * Review documentation and ensure it meets enterprise standards.
 * Review inventory for out-of-date/spec devices
