 * Able to plan, organize, control and evaluate
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Visio, Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
 * Very strong analytical skills to collect and research data
 * Strong problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
 * Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, exhibits sound and accurate judgement

Required Experience

Required:

 * High School diploma
 * 1+ years of clinical systems experience (Allscripts TouchWorks/Outpatient EHR preferred)
 * Minimum two years' experience performing from and/or back office functions in the medical office setting
 * Excellent work ethic

Preferred:

 * Bachelor's degree, in a healthcare setting; work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
 * Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or higher level of education or clinical experience
 * Experience working on project teams
