## About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, along with strong programming, process analysis, and troubleshooting skills., * Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

 * Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.
 * Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
 * Knowledge of variables, loops, conditional logic, exception handling, and debugging.
 * Experience with Excel automation, email automation, and file processing.
 * Understanding of SQL and database connectivity.
 * Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.
 * Familiarity with Windows applications, web applications, and browser automation.
 * Experience with source control, testing, and deployment practices.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with UiPath Orchestrator or equivalent RPA control-room tools.
 * Knowledge of OCR and document processing tools such as UiPath Document Understanding.
 * Experience with AI-powered automation, intelligent document processing, or process mining.
 * Programming knowledge in Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
 * Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, or CRM automation.
 * Experience with cloud-based automation platforms.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD and automation testing practices.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate business workflows.
 * Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
 * Gather requirements from business stakeholders and prepare process documentation.
 * Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
 * Create reusable components, libraries, and automation frameworks.
 * Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web services.
 * Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and bot validation.
 * Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve production issues.
 * Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and error recovery.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and business users.
 * Monitor bot performance and optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency.
 * Prepare Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
 * Support bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance.
 * Follow security standards and best practices for credentials and sensitive data.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
