## Description

Schrock Innovations is hiring a friendly, motivated Junior Technician to join our Omaha Service Center team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and make a positive impact helping customers with technology.

What You'll Do:

 * Assist customers at the Service Center (walk-in, phone call, or a scheduled home visit)
 * Deliver quality customer service that makes the customer feel heard and supported
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex issues to senior technicians
 * Help customers understand their devices and proactively suggest ways to improve their technology
 * Accurately document service events, including issue and resolution
