## About the Role

Engage directly with engineers and operators on the manufacturing floor to identify blockers and facilitate resolution in person.What's Needed?Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in a technical program management or project coordination role within hardware, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
Proficiency in Jira, including project configuration, workflow design, dashboards, and JQL. Experience migrating unstructured or spreadsheet-based tracking into structured project management tools.
