Individual abilities and organizational limitations may result in some deviation from these guidelines. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field required or equivalent experience required. * 1 - 3 years of prior experience in an IT related role. * Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies a plus * Experience with cloud computing technologies and terminologies a plus * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, the Windows environment, and internet research skills. * Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment. * Must be self-motivated with strong initiative, high level of accountability, and attention to detail. * Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to always maintain a high degree of ethical standards and complete confidentiality. ## Description The Endpoint Technologies Specialist is responsible for providing first- and second-level support for end-user devices, applications, and systems across the organization. They perform troubleshooting, repair, configuration, and deployment of Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, while delivering both on-site and remote support. The Endpoint Technologies Specialist manages the full lifecycle of endpoint equipment, including inventory, imaging, deployment, and decommissioning. They support daily operations in a hybrid environment through endpoint management, patching, and software deployments to ensure reliable, high-performing user technology., The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform.
