## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / .NET Developer to lead a development team while remaining hands-on with software development, code reviews, CI/CD, and release management. The candidate will build and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure., * Lead and mentor software developers and manage day-to-day development activities.

 * Manage Agile sprints, sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog prioritization.
 * Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Angular.
 * Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and debugging.
 * Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
 * Deploy and maintain applications using Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
 * Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
 * Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
 * Manage production releases, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures.
 * Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
 * Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
 * Ensure application quality, performance, security, and reliability.
