## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UX Designer to join our team for a long-term contract opportunity in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms., The Senior UX Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless and visually compelling user experiences., * Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from user research and conceptualization to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.

 * Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
 * Conduct user research, usability testing, and design evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
