## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design within digital product environments.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and delivered outcomes.
*
Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
*
Experience conducting user research, usability studies, user testing, heuristic evaluations, and accessibility reviews.
*
Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
*
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys, design systems, and reusable design components.
*
Knowledge of Agile, Lean UX, rapid prototyping, and iterative product development.
*
Understanding of front-end technologies and technical design feasibility.
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
